..I don't think it's a question of convincing Lukaku, that ship has sailed. Saying that, Everton are in a strong position and hold all the aces. Pay us the price tag or we don't sell. Fortunately for Lukaku, two teams seem interested so one might pay mega bucks.

What will be interesting is if nobody meets the fee. Everton have no desire to sell so it leaves the player in a quandary. He'll have to stay but he'll be losing a fortune in wages. Saying that, I suspect he'll move on and I agree with McNulty that we will spend big on a replacement (but only when Lukaku is done).

If he stays I'd like to see him used properly as an impact sub.

Grude, Sandro or both starting. Thanks

Whether or not he stays, there was more than a modicum of truth when he outlined his reasons for wanting to leave, and I think that rung true with the owners and board and the activity we have seen this summer has been a direct result. We all know that what went on before hasn't been good enough - even before we had the Mosh millions, we conducted transfers in a manner that was not the best.

I'm happy if he stays, as long as he wants too and gets his head down and helps us get to the champions league and winning domestic trophies, being part of an ambitious team and not thinking he's the star man at little ole Everton, if he wants to go then get rid an over 80 Mil is brilliant
And stops saying he wants to leave to a better team at every opportunity! If not, get rid.

Does he?

Ok.

The type of "knowledge" he has I can do without.

In the gutter where he belongs that feller.
If he is a stooge, that makes him on the inside. Therefore privvy to knowledge none of us have. So whether he's an unpleasant chat (Never met him so no idea) or not - he cannot be a stooge and know FA - it's one or the other. Sounds like you know him really well personally so I bow to your better knowledge.

Raiola is a parasite, sooner he's gone from football the better
"The reported fee taken by Mino Raiola, a football agent, from the transfer of Paul Pogba from Juventus to Manchester United was a reward so generous that it has attracted the scrutiny of Fifa, hardly the most virtuous overseer of financial transactions in the world’s richest sport.

Manchester United’s supporters were aghast to learn that a middleman, or so-called super agent, had allegedly earned £41 million from an £89.3 million transfer deal. "

Telegraph, this year.

So if Rom leaves, Mino will trouser north of 40m easy.

He's gone, let's face it lads!
