Moyes completely bottled it. We had the warning sign when they hit the bar before blitzing us.

I completely forgot that game, despite looking at last seasons pre season results only about 5 days ago lol

Everton (first half): Stekelenburg; Kenny, Pennington, Williams, Robinson; Besic, Davies, Sigurdsson; Sandro, Mirallas, Niasse.

That was about 2 weeks before the start of the season and I was genuinely terrified. We were still doing the whole swap the XI around at half time thing. Then two days later we went and played Rennes on a farm and got pelted too.
