Itv owned 1/2 of the rstv when it started, the shoite bought the half and it was part of the Setanta package, the others that were set up and part of that such as ArsenalTV packed in when Setanta did. They will only be keeping it going in the hope of another deal coming along, although they may well be making money from selling it abroad.
