Why do people want Duncan Ferguson to replace Silva?

If Ferguson is employed primarily as the coach with responsibility for the forwards, that suggests the goal return or lack of is in some way down to him and his inability to improve the players under his tutorage.
Can't do the job entrusted to him and yet we keep him on - very questionable decision making by those responsible.

The Scottish cone collector needs to be punted with the useless Portuguese muppet

Yet you were on a crusade to get Sam out of the club who stabilized us from another muppet in RK...knew the English game inside out and who knows maybe would have us pushing on but you hounded him out of the club and have us heading towards oblivion...Evertonians eh...

Because a massive club like Arsenal thought he was suitable.

He will unite the club on and off the field.

He understands our identity and the importance of competing physically.

But also believes in playing progressive attacking football which he is learning under the best mentor in the world.

It's the long term exciting option.

There is no one in the world who isn't a gamble.

Let's the pick the hungry young manager who has a very high ceiling rather than managers who have experience in the league but have achieved absolutely nothing.

We will regret it when he goes elsewhere.
Did they? Funny how they ended up with a top European coach instead!

We need youth, exuberance, charisna and freshness to get away the staleness of our recent bosses.

I want a young and hungry manager who unites us on and off the park. The next boss needs time so it has to be someone who would command time.

And don't bother mentioning Dave and his irrational hatred of our little Spaniard. He doesn't go the game. Ever.
Give me Jupp Heynkes over a “young, hungry” coach any day.

That's why young, no baggage, charismatic, hungry, strong playing credentials which would gain respect, is the way I think we should go.

Arteta and Lampard are the obvious choices for me.
One has never managed a game and the other has less than a season under his belt. I just think it is a massive risk that could be a complete disaster

People are raving about OGS but he was a disaster at Cardiff
