If true, this is the best appointment we could realistically have made. I think Frank will give the youngsters a chance and encourage the players to actually pass the ball to each other.

I know it seems a novel concept, but, we may actually play on the front foot now and again.

He wouldn't have been my first choice that would have been Potter, but, I will certainly be 100% behind him.
