What's with the Osman armband anyway?
It seems a very strange choice for a captain if the 'lead by example' aspect is to go by.

Maybe with the performances Yobo gave as captain, he sees it could be a confidence boost? If thats the case it didn't work on Osman.

very true I would pick hibbert over osman anyday. Would like to see Cahill with it though.

I was just checking out the the latest injuries on the OS to see if there was any Yobo news. Does anyone else think it's a bit odd that of all the pictures they could have chosen they are using the one of Phil writhing in pain?

I'm going out on a whim here that if Yobo is still injured, then Hibbert will be given the arm band after recent performances, unless of course he is rested in which case it will be Baines, despite being below form.

Baines has probably been one of our most consistent players this season

I think Hibbert will get the armband if Yobo is still out. Hopefully hibbert will be back to his usual position of RB though, with either Lucas Neil or Johnny Heitinger comming in at CB?!
