Who should replace Frank Lampard?

Frank is a fraud and needs to give up managing.
Should of been sacked after Bournemouth that was 100% a sackable offense.
Frank and Thelwell frauds get them out asap.
A new manager won’t have enough time with the frauds in charge.
Look, If Frank goes then you are looking at Martinez as a replacement. The reactions on social media (if you bother to look) will tell you that a move like this is going to literally split the club in two, you will see empty seats at GP. We need to just hope we can get the right players in and get a few results. The rot started long before Frank ever got here and if we had a proper infrastructure with a half decent board we wouldn't have even entertained the likes of Frank as a manager, but it is what it is and we just need to get on with it for now.

Or Southgate.

No it will be Martinez or Moyes, our board just have no imagination and just want a 'yes' man who isn't going to argue with their mismanagement. Southgate will stay on as England manager imo.
Absolutely should not be Martinez. I could have managed Belgium as well as he did. No skill in turning out the players he had at his disposal and then hope you get a result. He has not had to buy players, etc. And he has failed before at Everton. David Moyes maybe would be OK, but I cannot see him leaving his present job. We are in the worst mess we have ever been in and the biggest mistake made was not sacking Lampard after the Bournemouth games. I am almost certain he will be sacked in January which will have been a waste of two months for a new manager to be recruited and given time to settle in. I would love to be proven wrong and Everton go on a good run and Lampard stays and we start to climb the table. But I cannot see it happening.

Wou mean like last season? that didn't stop Moshiri and empty seats, no chace

Moshiri has been responsible for the mess that has paved the way for Frank.... and Rafael, not the board
but it is what it is and we just need to get on with it for now
Hopefully Frank gets a few results, we need him to see the season out

Moshiri is the majority shareholder and the guy who funds the club, he is not responsible for the day to day running of the club nor is he part of the Everton board know matter how many times you wish to pretend otherwise.

What was the role of Usmanov's Nephew on the board? Who put him there?
Who sacked Sam? Who gave Silva the job? Who gave Rafael the job? and Brands?

He's not Simon, but he's responsible for who that board is.

He's also capable of overruling that board on a whim which previous board members have said he does...

It's clear the big decisions, DOF/Managerial/Board appointments have been Moshiri.

I think it's been a combination, if not and it's all Moshiri then it's just confirming that Kenwright/DBB are basically sitting there doing nothing and collecting a pay packet for it. At the end of the day the rot started long before Moshiri got here imo.

Who negotiates all of our ridiculous player contracts?
Who, see we dont even know, we just take everything for granted its Bill, when in reality it cant be because we were never ran this bad when he owned us.
However the contracts isnt really the problem, the recruitment is, and thats not on Bill
