Difficult to be definitive - could easily have been Alex Young or Alan Ball (as a small boy with my Dad) - but as far as my memory goes I believe Henry Newton at Burnley early 1971 (2-2 draw)

Don't remember whether it was the 1st goal or not, but I remember Barry Horne scoring at the Dell, sometime in the mid 90's, and I think it was in a 2-2 draw. 1st goal at Goodison was Tomasz Radzinski v Charlton in 2002/3 season.
