Which managerial sacking was the biggest mistake?

We've sacked a few managers since Moshiri came in. We're in a total mess now and my suspicion is the constant chopping and changing has not helped. Particularly in terms of squad building and signings.

Who do you think, if any, should have been given longer?

In retrospect I'll swallow my pride and say Samuel, the giant biff.

Interesting thing with Silva, for me, is whether we got him too soon. Has he learned from the experience and developed as a manager? It's a big job with a stack of pressure. Or is he more suited to a Fulham with fewer expectations?

Allardyce was the most unlucky to get sacked because he came in and did exactly what he said he would

Silva was unlucky in that we sold Gana and tried to replace him with Gbamin and we all know how that went.

Koeman, Martinez and Benitez were all masters of their own downfall.

Let's go back further, we should have stuck with Mike Walker and ended this misery years ago. We could all be eating hotpot pies and bovril in the conference now and enjoying the game.

Deffo Koeman. Got us into Europe season 1. Had the most horrendous run of fixtures season 2 and was gone before winter. Should have backed him til Feb at least. Had to sell Rom, tried to get Giroud and if he had done, we wouldn't be in this mess now.

Sacking Lampard won't fix us imo - we need better players lMO. The fact the best the club could recruit was McNeill & Maupay says more about the state of the Club than Lampard.
