Following on from the talkSPORT breakfast show yesterday (Friday 2nd Jan) when I rang in and said David Moyes sipping champagne after we had confirmed 4th place at the expense of the RS bought a tear to my eye, has anyone else any similar memories?

For the record I ought to add that losing the FA Cup final to West Brom in 1968 had me bawling!

That loss to WBA in 68 was my worst moment even esclipses the hand of god incident by Maradona.

Astle in extra time did me in I cried for hours.

1989 cup final had me in bits. I was 9 years old and i had witnessed an end to end game against the old enemy that i truly believed we would win. Stuart mcCall will always have a place in my heart after that game.

Losing to villa when little put the winner through lawsons legs i was only about 9 but that hurt.
Losing to liverpool in the 85 final was hard to take and a lampard semi final winner when we lost to west ham in 1980 but 4 years later it was tears of joy

Being knocked out of the UEFA cup last year was probably my worst moment, I didnt cry though, just couldnt sleep that night

ive got a few but defo the one that stands out is in the upper glayds st end on the 7/5/94! cried my eyesout that day! and for some reason i even felt more emotional than any cup final ive been too!!!

WHO NEEDS CANTANA WHEN WEVE GOT BARRY HORNE!!!!!!

I always cry when we win trophies, but have to admit after the Wimbledon game I just sat in my seat and sobbed like a baby and similar after the Coventry game:(

My very first game at White Hart Lane in 1958. We lost 10-4 !
When a team has already scored 8/9 goals and the fans are chanting for another it tends to stay with you.
