Personally, i've not seen the game yesterday, was it even worth it?

Has this season provided enough to warrant the criticism of Moyes that he is currently getting?

I think some blues have very, very short memories. I'm far from happy with this season, but if you look at the squad - is it wise to put such expectation on it?

Howard - decent, very decent - a few howlers this season, rock sold for nearly 3 seasons straight
Baines - fantastic, consistently consistent
Jags - fair to middling without being spectacular
Distin - as above
Hibbert - Not enough appearance to warrant either critisicm or apathy
Neville - Does what Phil Neville does best, Mr Cliché
Heitinga - something is not right with this lad, clearly has ability
Arteta - late nights? Kid ill? missus bin bagged him? or just struggling with form?
Pienaar - class, still the lad we all love.
Felliani - as as Hibbo
Osman - always 101% first to get the flak as a scapegoat, when everton play crap, he gets it in the neck, i've always like Leon, he is a good player.
Cahill ......
Yak, always willing to split blues down the middle with his hot/cold performances, remembering i personally think his age, the injury he sustained will take an awful long time to get back to full form from.
Saha - Same as Arteta, i can't fully understand the incredible loss of longterm ( as opposed to the short term loss of Arteta )
Beckford - i won't sit on the bench with Becks, i think the PL is a massive jump for him, he looks lost, and a bit bewildered, he shows something similair to Anichebe, i think they could both end up as wingers?

What i wanna achieve here is, why? why is the team so disorganised, so little movement? so ' clueless'

Fistly the game yestrday was one of those where everything that could go wrong did. Horrible with a tinge of bad luck.
I think the main problem is obvious - we are missung too many chances Saha and Beckford are trying but are snatching at chances which is probably down to low confidence.
With Arteta horribly out of form we are only creating from set pieces and the awesome Baines - Pienaar combination down the left.
I dread to think what will happen if we sell Peanuts in Jan particularly as we will lose Cahill for a month.

to the first post

you have some tinted blue specs

i wouldnt describe any of our players as fantastic, that is a term reserved for the top few such as messi and ronaldo

using the word good and osman in the same sentance, plain wrong

thats one of the most biased, blue tinted specs opinions I have ever read.

There's a few factors .

1 ; Injuries / Suspensions ; With our Squad these will ALWAYS kill . In the past month we have lost Screech an' Mikel for a combined 6 games alone . Timmy is Asia bound . Yak is back about 8 weeks .

2; The Heitinga / Peanut thing ; This is the first REAL year with genuine dissatisfaction of squad members , Lescott , Jan-May '09 aside , with season in progress .

3; We have struggled to settle generally ; Never really known our centre forward ; Keeper had his worst 6 months at the Club ; Distin took TIME to setle but now has ,...

4 ; Beckford / Saha / Yak ; Cant seem to make a striker from any or all of them .

5; Absence of pace ; Landy ; Bitch , PLEASE !!!!

That Ok , kid ???
