Nothing really. I think there is a difference between stop supporting and cant go the match.
Obviously money would stop me going but not stop me at least following them.

Its a disease that cannot be cured.

Only the catastrophic demise of the club in a nefarious manner could make me question my true blue allegiency. This is not JUST a football club we're talking about here,it is a lifelong devotion which courses through your entire being,MIND ,BODY and SOUL !!!. IF it were to happen football would be dead to me. Actually I suppose that is one such circumstance.

I suppose you are going to start going their game and wishing them to do well and would eventually morph into a Kopite.

I would continue to support Everton, and I would hope he did well on a personal level, despite it being obvious that I'd failed him while growing up.
