People who very slowly pack their bags at the supermarket checkout, then carefully fiddle around for their purse. With some effort, they find a charge card, thereby delaying me even further. Then they probably spend a couple more minutes slowly putting the plastic bags in the trolley. Such people also walk and drive slowly as well!

At the weekend I was behind some [Poor language removed] who was driving at 45-50mph in a 60, yet when we went through a 50 he SPED UP to 60. WTF?! Then as soon as we got out of the 50 he slowed down again!
