Guys….. I’ve had my answer a few pages back so please let’s not start something on here that may cause unrest to the harmony of the site. The thread can close now for all I care.
Agreed. Please do.

She hasn't, but she should.
Not because of the scandals and being a blatant transphobe, but because Harry Potter is garbage and has been overhyped for ages now.
Due to her profile she was not. There was no shortage of criticism though. She was one that was too powerful
Soz for not liking the crappy books mate.
I’ve got accounts of her abuse but literally nowhere can I find a link to an assault in a changing room , given the nature and occasion toxicity of the debate I would think it would literally be everywhereShe tweeted about it mate, I'll see of I can find it.
For all the vitriol she receives, her heart, head and money are in the right place - she started and funds a rape shelter in Scotland, as the only other one is ran by a trans woman who literally said women 'should get over it'.
The woke left ideology has all but erased safe spaces for women - it's abhorrent.
I do feel that it is a bit of a niche issue that seems to be getting a crazy amount of coverage comparatively though.
No, and instead of an attempt at a combative argument about whether she was cancelled or not just take what I said at face value. If people (way beyond Rowling) have genuine fears or are concerned that a certain level of Trans rights tramples upon their own, ie. no male genitalia in the ladies loo, then those peoples concerns should be a part of the conversation and not vilified. These attitudes are food and drink for the extremists who would give Trans people no rights whatsoever. You just said "they then cancel people like Rowling". But they don't?
So are you saying there should be some sort of legal mechanism or something to make her exempt from criticism then? Because that is now what you seem to have issue with. Help me understand
It's a convenient avenue for frustrated people with no answers to their own problems to direct their rage. All the transgender people I know live mostly normal lives. They have jobs, they have stable relationships, they have hobbies and interests and they are just trying to get through their lives day-by-day like the rest of us. The few times it has come up in conversation, they are genuinely puzzled as to how their lives have come under such a weird sort of concentrated scrutiny from certain sections of society

At the same time - this is in a better country with better conditions and inclusivity, where she still does her best at times to demean or not include the T in LGBT.It's a convenient avenue for frustrated people with no answers to their own problems to direct their rage. Her views are on a quite massive soapbox and reach well beyond Britain to places where people still fight for the basic inclusivity trans people still don't have - I have a few trans friends here and the treatment pretty much falls in line with "demeaning/laughing at them", which is also what she does, and is a convenient crutch for the people saying these things (as are all famous people like that).
Either way, this isn't down to only her obviously, and she's defo not cancelled or anything like that, but her views do have weight, and people use her to pretend only trans people commit sexual crimes and so on by blasting the same tweets which more or less border with personal opinion and not reality.
Because I wanted a definitive answer ….Anyway I feel like this is the 5th time a "what/why/when is woke" is made and it always devolves into this, what's the point here @Kurt. ?
Did this go to court? My old boss is 'transexual'/'transvestite'/ whatever it's perceived to be these days, he had 5 of his 'transsexual' friends raping his drugged wife, while he sat in the corner of the hotel room while he watched eating cake.
Forgive me if I fail to believe a word that 'community' says.
