What if Liverpool won the title?

Sorry, take Suarez out of that side and this chump and his side would be out of the europa league places. It amazes me that people can't see that.

Never has a team relied so heavily on one player.
maybe its because mate, tho suarez is their best player, its not like their beating these sides with suarez the only one scoring. he was only involved in 1 goal today werent he?

it amazes me that people think suarez has single handedly carried them to 4-0s and etc. hes good like but hes not that good (tad overrated imo)

I really don't care at the moment.

Under the dark days of the last twenty years, it's something to source and look at, the RS progress and that, because in all, there was no really 'glory' everton days, a couple of good cup runs, and consistent, yet predictable status in the last 10-12 years, and before that, just utter tripe, which meant we needed the rivalry.

Right now, i'm sat at home, blissfully unconcerned about the RS, and their league position, and i'm more excited about our prospects, and how we're sitting 4pts off the top 4, with our biggest game in a long time coming up in a weeks time. Our future is bright, so why care about them? Ill have to cop a bit of the al 'Champione, Champione', off the armchairs, but the proper fans who go week in, week out, i hold no grudge, good on them.

I'd prefer them not to win the league, but right now, i'm concerned on one thing, Everton. I support Everton first and foremost, and their battle for the title, means nothing when we're battling to join them in the Elite of Europe next season.

COYB!

Most of my conversations with kopites seem to follow the same pattern over the last couple of weeks. They lull me into a false sense of security by being complimentary towards Everton, by downplaying their expectations for the rest of the season, and then, faster than I can say kopites are gobshites, they are going on about how they'll hammer Chelsea and City, comparing Suarez to Messi and turning Brenda into the modern day Shankly.

They're going to be unbearable if they win it.

Rubbish to be honest, mate. Get rid of Suarez and they still have the second highest scorer in the league playing up front for them.

Suarez played a part in most of those goals. Seriously, when he leaves for Real MAdrid in the summer you'll drop like a stone.

If they win it, fair do's to them. No one wins it for free. I only paid any notice when Man U won it because it irked Liverpool so much. I was impressed with Arsene's invincibles. Makalele dominant Chelsea were a new spin on an old format. Bitey the racist is going to be top scorer this term, he might even surpass Shearers prem season record. And very nice for him if he does.
They were in the run when Torres was carrying them, what is going to be the big issue is when their star quarterback hangs his pitchers mit up. Who do they get to ping the ball around like Pirlo when Gerrard swans off into the sunset?

I'm having very very similar conversations, I think I've worked out which one's to swerve and which one's will be alright about it IF the horrible happens

How come they haven't been challenging so far with him there..? Or why Arsenal haven't improved after buying a top player like Ozil? Or why Arsenal sold 30 goal Van Persie and finished 3 points better off the following season?

One player doesn't make a team.

Not normally but like Spurs and Bale last season it's sometimes true. Take Suarez out of this team and they finish 10th or lower.
