Wont be sacked while spunk bubbles continue to blindly sing super frank while he's sleepwalking us into the Championship based on piss all in terms of results,

If we don't beat united its over well and truly

I hope nothing. Its not his fault. If benitez needed to be sacked, there shouldv been a replacement ready the next day, not te last day of the transfe window.

There shouldv een a new cb, a new dm. Its not here. not franks fault.

If we win he won’t be sacked. If we lose, then all bets are off and the panic button will be smashed.

It's going to end this way: we'll lose or draw and Burnley will leapfrog us to plunge us into a relegation spot.

You dont have to be Einstein to work out what happens over the course of the next two matchless weeks.

This is Everton in the Moshiri era: another day, another manager.

Heart says keep him, I think he is likeable and his reputation and Chelsea links looked good for recruitment. But that falls apart if we go down.

Head says we must sack him if we do not win (draw is useless) tomorrow. Relegation is not some sun-lit uplands, it will destroy us as we’ll sell any good players simply to avoid points deductions. We’ll still have over paid tosh and we are not bouncing up next season. We’d be lucky to finish mid table (QPR are 9th). Frank has us too open, bring in someone more defensive minded. If that is Sam, and he keeps us up, it will be the best decision we ever made. Looking at the poll it’s not popular, but sometimes the really important choices are contentious. We can’t go down, we must not go down, Frank has to go if we don’t win tomorrow. Sorry, but it’s not personal it’s business, and our business must be in the Premier League next season.
Yep people think we’ll just come back up and win the championship, not with this lot. They’d probably get relegated again. Kenny, Holgate, Keane - they’re playing League 1 level now, a mid League 1 level where your mistakes might not get punished every week.

All things equal, there’s a very low chance of most teams getting relegated. You can have a bad season and still survive. From 10-17 is really just championship teams that score between 40-50 points every season.

The championship is brutal - 24 teams, you have to have a perfect season over a long period of time to finish 1 and 2. A bad month of injuries will ruin you and Everton is good at that. There’s at least 10 championship teams that could potentially come up every season. The constant up/down nature promotion/relegation has meant these teams have been getting better gradually.

Not to mention every team in the championship will smell blood when they play Everton and these players, its doubtful they’ll put up much of a fight. Don’t go down, change the defence next season and no one will remember how close we really got to going down.

If we do go down then the quick turn around of games at the weekend and midweek will kill this squad imo. This squad is not fit enough now let alone playing twice in a week. I don't honestly think we will last 5mins down there.
