I would think the chairmen of the three clubs currently occupying the three relegation places will be already preparing massive litigation appeals should that scenario occur. As you state, the clubs you mention all went into rapid decline and have not yet recovered. Perhaps TRS could offer them all a substantial compensation for loss of revenue, plus a generous 'hardship' bonus.
