What I learnt on my pilgrimage to Italy was that the food is all made of simple ingredients, the recipes are simple but everything is cooked perfectly. No rushing, no shortcuts. Just cooked perfectly.
Had a Full English Breakfast and a Mug of Tea earlier. Lovely stuff

Had to drive to Oswestry this morning so stopped half way near Holywell and got a Gregg’s steak bake and a sausage roll. Back home now and waiting for a Chinese to be delivered at 6pm

Was excellent mate...she does the filling slightly like a korma but not as sweet.
She makes a great pie but unfortunately we have them few and far between.
Nothing exciting mate, mainly chicken dishes with rices and noodles , salt and pepper chicken, crispy chicken rolls etc…. Think there’s a special fried rice in the order somewhere for the mrs

Just knocked this up for a tapas Sunday.
Baby peppers stuffed with goats cheese.
Garlic chilli prawns.
Green beans with onion, chilli, pine nuts and garlic.
Roasted Belly pork marinated with Chinese 5 spice, soy sauce, garlic etc
And Patatas bravas which were actually shop bought so can’t take credit for those
