Chicken Gyoza and a soy & ginger dip
Ham & Pineapple Pizza with Cherry Tomatoes and a good squirt of Salad Cream.
Had a KFC-style wrap with fries and some chicken pop pieces.
Had a humongous stomach ache for a few hours after, and have since been violently sick in and around the toilet three times.
Horrible feeling knowing you need to throw up and can't quite bring yourself to do it and need to quite literally wait for your stomach to decide it's all coming back up.
Even after my stomach was surely empty I was still needing to vomit but that only felt like the stomach turning itself inside out and nothing really coming back up.
