Was busy today so didn’t make a proper roast dinner, bought a large chicken and gravy pie from Tesco and made roast spuds and peas, also a couple of yorkies and smothered it in chicken gravy. The pie was beautiful, deffo be having again.

Also had this little beauty for dessert (a freebie from Tesco )

Made a Chicken Pathia using a recipe from Al’s Kitchen on youtube. First recipe I’ve done that genuinely tastes like it came from an Indian takeaway. CanMt wait to do others that Al has posted.
