Here it is, for future reference, I'll be knocking down the ingredients by at least 50%. lol

to visualise the amount Peter picked, I have calculated a peck to fill a carboard box with all dimensions 20.65cm. How many pickled peppers would go into that size box? Well we do not know what type of pickled pepper, Peter Piper picked. So hard to calculate. But true to your assertion, Peter defo liked his pickled peppers

My eldest lad has a massive pizza oven in his back garden, I was round there last night, he's bought a rotisserie with an electric motor, he rammed it with marinated fresh chicken breast.
The result was simple chicken kebabs with fresh veg and pitta bread, what made it even better was the wood for the oven came from birch trees I'd felled from my garden a couple of years ago.
