Excellent dish, that. My grandma used to make something very similar... I always tend to drink too much of the Guinness and leave too little for the pot.

It didn't even need any soaking. Got the Dutch oven cleaned and looking sparkling in 1 minute and 36 seconds

I did, we usually hangout with some Irish friends but haven't been able to do so the past two years so I just made this dish for ourselves and it was truly delicious. The Guinness just gave it an amazing flavor, I'm glad I behave and didn't take a dip lol

I bet your would be as effective, the Dutch-Oven is just a perfect pot even when it comes to cleaning it.

I did, lately I have been baking all my bread there. One of the best Christmas gift I got, so happy with it. Didn't realize how much one can do with a Dutch oven.
I’ve seen it a few times on youtube and the results always look good. Unfortunately the oven I’ve got is a double oven and the top one is too small for the Dutch oven with the lid and and I can’t be bothered to take the trays and pans out of the bottom oven.
I only normally bake baguettes and focaccia anyway.
Are instant pots still popular in the US?
