Choosing a "P" for an album I've not listened to for a while, was pretty much the hardest letter so far. To say I listened to this album a million times in my teen years would be an understatement

I don't do festivals tbh. Too big, too crowded, and like you said not really the best sound experience. I prefer the smaller gigs, and theatre gigs. I did see U2 in a stadium last summer, and it was amazing, but they are one of the very few bands that can make a 55k venue seem intimate.

I've only been to the one festival actually. I loved it like but the sound experience wasn't the best, it was decent near the front, I listened to Editors like on the front row and they were brilliant, but when it gets later on you just get crushed by the hordes. I'd love to see U2 live, like you said the atmosphere would be incredible even in a stadium, must have been a fantastic experience. I've never been to a theatre gig myself, but I'd imagine that would be pretty good.

Ha, do it. It's turned out a nice way to dust off some albums. I'm trying to stick to one album from each letter that I haven't listened to in a long time

I thought of Queens of the Stone Age, but turns out I don't have that album. The only thing I had was an EP of my friends band that I've posted a couple of times before

It's a great idea. Although certain letters will be easier than others. The only thing I think I have for "Z" is Ziggy Stardust, but technically that's in my library as "The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars" so that only appears for "R". Also all I can see for "X" on here is Iron Maiden's "The X-Factor", which is a bit gash! I thought I had Coldplay's "X&Y".

FFS I need more albums beginning with rare letters.
