Sadly there is sod all mate.

There's a singular pub called The Cow, between the shopping centre and the stadium, but that will be rammed and full of their lot. Otherwise you could go to some of the rough ones which are south of the tube station.

I'd recommend going past the stadium to near the copper box, warehouse thing called Here East which has a decent craft beer place and isn't too far.
