Robles was telegraphing which way he was gonna dive way too early there. Most of the west ham lads simply waited for him to dive then went the other way

- The players realise they should have won it and did well with 10 men, were really unlucky and should take confidence from it

Joel played very well in the match but seriously, I have never seen a worse goalkeeping display in a penalty shoot out.

He made it easy for every single Hammers penalty taker.
