We have a team on the pitch which has been built with no idea of a pattern of play. None of the players compliment each other or have a partnership. Price and availability has taken priority.
This is not sorted with a new manager as you cannot defend and ale house the ball for a full 90 minutes.
I think they know as players they cannot play as a team and make the problem worse being tense and fearful.
