DCL, Onana and Branthwaite all very good today. There’s still more to unlock in this team. Doucoure and McNeil are doing jobs and that’s fine I suppose but we should be looking to find better quality in those positions and I think it is even within the squad right now to enough of an extent to try to work on it.

Nearly thought about offloading my ticket this morning, as I woke up feeling really rough after getting jags for both covid and flu yesterday. Then drove into a roadworks diversion which added a lot of time to the journey, and got to the stadium soaking wet but with 10 mins to spare. The way the day had gone to that point, it was all set up for a sickening result, but that was an immense effort and result from the boys. Shout out to my fellow travelling blues for doing their bit, too. Looking forward to MotD, for once. UTFT!
