I'd only consider Moist if he brought in Steve 'the earpiece' Round as his right-hand man; and he must televise footage of Jags' defending to our back 4 too. 70% of what made Moyes so good was his ability to pick a player, to me his method of work in all about control, recruitment, development, selling players, new contracts etc. He was that old style Ferguson boss with us, in total control of an empire.
As a coach he can set up a team to hit the glass ceiling, he only once went through it, would i employ him to be a coach only, would he be happy with someone else handing him players? Im not so sure.
