Weighted back extensions are brilliant if your gym has one, they also bring in the glutes/hamstrings a lot.Need a lower back only routine. Anyone help?
Like 3-5 different exercises.

Is it really a max rep 1 PB if you're not tomato red and close to blacking out afterwards?Joint deadlift PB today 190kg, and also invented a new shade of red. Really wanna get to 200 before I hit 48 in March cos it’s bound to start sliding away soon!

3-5 exercises just on lower back is quite a lot, have you got a specific reason for doing them?

Cheers dude, yeah reverse grip is weird to start with. Am doing forearm work to delay using straps, but might have to bite the bullet soon. Feels like they would encourage us to lift heavier than we should, does that make sense? Like, maybe if I can’t hold it should I lift it…Is it really a max rep 1 PB if you're not tomato red and close to blacking out afterwards?
Great job tho mate. Reverse grip is something I never got to be comfortable with.
Have you tried using grip/wrist straps? Helped me increment slightly quicker back when I lifted heavier.
If there’s no injury involved then yes definitely deadlifts, albeit staying sensible with the weight, then maybe back extensions to finish the session. (Back extensions should always be the last exercise of any session which has them). With back extensions, you can start holding weight plates to your chest as your lower back gets stronger.Yes, it basically can no longer support my weight and my top end growth. It aches just walking a few hundred metres now. Always had issues with it from being tall but worse than ever now. Losing weight but think I need to strengthen it too.
