I’m serious man! I do 16/8 or so weekdays but every now and then I’ll do a longer one for the autophagy, but mostly ego.
I was thinking of doing that. Between 12-8pm maybe.. Ive cut sugar out completely (no sweets, cake, chocolate or anything) since new year and lost over half a stone without doing anything else.

Im going to start an exercise app that I picked up cheaply, Better Me its called. Seems quite decent initially. Also a stretching app called Bend is decent. Gonna try and do both of them daily if i can.

Put on a stone at the back end of last year when i could have done with losing a stone.. :lol:

I honestly wish I’d have found fasting years ago, it’s a cheat code mate.

Finish your calories by 7pm and then just water black tea or coffee until 11am next morning during the week and the weight will slip off.

Yeah, thats what I need to try. I only thought 12-8 for me as quite often I dont get to have dinner until 7 or after.

Its not a free-for-all though is it, You still have to count calories?

No food between 12pm-8pm? Christ how boring is that.

Nah just in line with a balanced diet. Whatever time you finish your dinner at night and then 16 hours until brunch or lunch next day. That way you’re sleeping for half of it and it’s easy. You’ll see the difference.
 

Of course Azul is in here extolling the virtues of an minor eating disorder.

All to wear t shirts that don’t fit for 3 months of the year.

Started a cut yesterday. Never tried to lose weight without losing muscle before. Aiming for about 2.3k cals and 300g protein. Hoping it works but concerned it’ll be such slow progress I’ll give up.

Yer it does take alot longer than you would like and your always alot fatter than you think

certinley not as fun or easy as putting on weight 😂😂

300g protien decent amount tbh do you use shakes aswel?

I’m hoping it should fly off at the start just by giving up takeaways etc.

Yeh I have one 2 scoop shake during my workout, and 1 scoop with my Skyr yogurt in the morning. Hitting about 220g normal so need to add more. I don’t eat eggs really; going to add a lot of them in.

Yer it will fly off at first deffo, always look worse at first because your just flat but not actually much leaner but then just gotta ignore it and keep going

Are you basically saying "stop eating cakes, biscuits, crisps, and kebabs whilst sat on yer fat arse watching TV all evening?"
