I started the gym in July to lose weight, doing cardio and possibly touching some weights.

I now do zero cardio, only lift, and haven’t budged a pound 😂

Wrote all my current PB’s down on Jan 1st and want to see what they are next Jan.
What's the % of losing weight as far as diet and exercise? Not what you think. 70% to 30% in favour of..... Diet. I weighed 16st 10 lbs, weights forty mins and cardio forty mins six days a week, never lost a pound. Sorted. my diet out and lost four stone in a year, without weights or much cardio.
