I keep thinking back to that interview he gave where he was talking about the forfeits they do at training, like making one of the players lap dance for another.

Gaffer bantz.

Sounds just grrrrreat to be managed by him.

Jesus Christ, I never heard that one.

If you had any ounce of like for this bloke, surely this will remove it. He was managing a football club not a frat house full of teenagers.

He clearly bases his man management style on Brian Clough, a bloke that managed quite literally 50 years ago. Speaks volumes for him as a person and his world view that he is so behind the times and thinks that style of management works in this day and age, especially when you carry yourself and speak about yourself like Brian Clough whilst having the CV of Gary Megson to back it up.

He must be making more money than successful managers at this stage.
Crazy, get the foot in the door with one club and a fraud like him just keeps getting picked up.

People like him is why so few English managers are around nowadays.

Like you say though, he's minted, and some strange people enjoy listening to him..

Mastered the football 'Long con'

This sort of stuff goes on in rugby all the time.

The difference being, the players usually got to choose the forfeit, which was normally something that involves the forfeited players least favourite training drill, so it`s over really quickly and is done and dusted, with no humiliation involved.

Also the forfeits are purposely spread around, so the same players aren`t getting battered with forfeits all the time, as it just makes them feel crap about themselves and picked on.

The fact that there was near silence from the players when he left, tells you all you need to know about what they thought of him.

Similarity between Everton and Forest players right away dunno maybe there's a forfeit if they mention him, from the rest of the team.

Their run-in is wild:

Liverpool
Brighton
Man city
Fulham
Tottenham
Villa
Burnley
Sunderland
Chelsea
Newcastle
Man united
Bournemouth

Can see them beating Burnley, but that's about it.

They are definitely capable of beating Brighton, Spurs, Fulham, Sunderland, Burnley, Newcastle and Bournemouth. Even Liverpool at home I wouldn’t write off. People have been Men in Black’d by Dyche about their squad, it’s far from a poor set of players.
