They weren’t. Apparently Gibbs-White let slip in an interview that the senior players basically organised themselves and were trying to improve things to win for the fans.

There is an article (though it is the daily mail) going on about how he lost the players after the Wrexham game.

They were dreadful. At least 20 of those shots were from about 25-30 yards out, with at least 7 balls ending up in the river trent. The longer the game went on, the further back the shots were taken from, the worse the shot was, the louder the boos were.

They were absolutely awful.

Says a lot about his coaching that they had 35 shots and an xG less than 3. Moyes could tell Mykolenko to have 35 shots from 30 yards, it wouldn't mean we should have won and battered a team.

I would of loved to be in the changing room after that performance. With the owner calling in the senior players after the draw , I wonder if the players threw Dyche under the bus .

I like Dyche just not as an Everton manager . His taste in music is pretty good too .
