It's a shame he didn't start playing there after he started declining as it would probably have cut a lot of the mistakes out of his game. He is getting more consistent which is a great sign going into next season.
..he can still play and did well again on Saturday. He’s been a top quality footballer and still retains quality. What he can’t do is get us up the pitch by carrying the ball centrally, he also needs runners like Davies and Gueye around him. Love watching him play.
