Although I am only half messing it's still true!

I'm not convinced by Rooney (I do "hate" him to be fair though..) he shows the odd moments of brilliance like today but for me it's like watching Zico or Maradonna or someone playing beach football.

Then again I hate everyone in our squad not named Pickford or Gueye. Oh Niasse, I don't mind him because he makes me smile a bit.

I didn't want him in the first place, but can clearly see that there was far worse out there today. He can't be expected to keep up with midfielders of the pace and quality of Arsenal's, however as a forward he did his job and scored a good goal. Our problems were all over the pitch today rather than up top, where they have been the past few games.

I remember watching him at Big Dunc's testimonial and all the young bellwhiffs getting excited every time he touched the ball, singing his name etc. I must've been the only one in the Lower Gwladys who didn't clap when he came on.
