Would be interesting to see what he's like in the hands of a coach that believes that fitness is also a factor in a game of football. He may well develop into a player still if someone makes him go for a run once a month or something else that RM would have seen as 'excessive training'.

Geri was brilliant for us in around November-December 2013, and again around September-October 2015.

Much of the rest of that time, he was either terrible, forgettable, a ghost on the pitch, injured, or was good in only five-minute bursts.

Basically, he was a more inconsistent version of Kevin Mirallas, if that's possible, without Kev's tantrums.

Still, I like Geri, and wish him well wherever he ends up.

I’d love him to come back here but BFS wouldn’t touch him with someone else’s. He is everything BFS hates. And that’s why our fans loved him and have no time for BFS. see the blonde Lookman.

With respect to his lungs, wether Avian or made on ‘origami’ by that bearded bloke, he can run past the Cuco’s of the world like the wind but then has to pause for breath. I think he might actually hold his breath when running - which amazes me that no super coach has figured that out. Watford would be jolly lucky to get him though!!
