Can't believe it's only been a month since we sold Jeffers to Arsenal!

Peel confirming the project and their backing of it is great news, the Echo comments section is on fire with bitter reds again btw
Ignore sorts out the nagging pain lads, just saying
Is there any architecture design or artist rendering for what this stadium will look like?
A potential partner in the development has spoken at an event where they are speaking about the whole of Liverpool Waters and name checked specifically one part of the vision for the north end docks concerning Everton...but you dont think the club themselves should be keeping their fans informed of the progress being made?
Are you sure about this? You think the club should just continue to allow Peel, Anderson, Meis to bleed out bits of info and they should remain mute on the subject?
That's just daft. Why on earth do the club employ a media department? They are utterly pathetic.

That's been much different than on previous occasions. They'd end up with egg on their face if they drip-fed info just to see it fall through at the final hurdle. Frustrating as it is being kept in the dark, I think it's best they stay quiet. As for the council and architect reps talking about it, the club can't stop them responding to things they see on Twitter, and peel will want potential investors to know that Everton are finalising a deal to build a stadium there.
Not arguing with you just my two pence worth
Shockingly familiar article that..Interesting piece about our new stadium in the Telegraph:

Everton, meanwhile, have rejected Middlesbrough's offer of £3 million plus Paul Ince for defender Michael Ball.
Good grief.Manipulated news to distract away from Lukaku's contract or just that now he isn't going to sign it we can afford to crack on with it using his transfer fee to fund it all?
That's been much different than on previous occasions.
There's no excuse for ignoring your own fans on the most important issue of the moment.
To be fair Dave , if the club did give updates about where the deal was at any given time( which most of us accept they couldn't do) you would be the first in moaning that they were spinning propaganda with nothing definitely agreed. That's been much different than on previous occasions.

But with Peel piping up it looks like the club are lagging behind others in informing their own fans about the project. To be fair Dave , if the club did give updates about where the deal was at any given time( which most of us accept they couldn't do) you would be the first in moaning that they were spinning propaganda with nothing definitely agreed.
There we have it then: "hopefully in the near future".
'kin ell, could they be any more vague than that?
We are miles off.
Everton will hope the building of the stadium, about five miles from Goodison Park, goes smoother than yesterday's announcement in an office block housing a Titanic exhibition. Can't believe it's only been a month since we sold Jeffers to Arsenal!
