I've thought this. I'd buy an Omega or breitling for example but I'd be terrified of damaging it!

That's why I'm much happier with a £400 Seiko or £200 Orient watch!!

I dropped an omega over the side of a ship. Wasn't a pleasant moment.

It was not. A speedmaster. It certainly got to the seabed in a speedy fashion. Carbon fibre face, Michael Schumacher special edition. Lovely thing.

Hi mate, nothing to do with money at all.

We post equally about £20 Casio's , and Omega's and Rolex's worth thousands.

We just appreciate a nice timepiece, no snobbery or flaunting of wealth.

I love Alarm watches. Very cool complication. Hard to do well. Only JLC (memovox) and Vulcain have really nailed it IMO.

No. You can get excellent watches for all prices. I have a Tag and a Christopher Ward, but my favourite watches are my casios and my old timex.

One of t e most sought after watches of the last decade is the Casioak, and it can be bought for less than a 100 quid.

It's not a out money, it's about what you like.

Hell, I have a Skmei watch which was £20.
