Was it all Lies?

Depends I guess. Obviously the transfer fee is but one part of the costs associated with a player. So even getting in a couple of free transfers might damage the finances if they're on a reasonable wage (Larsson for instance). You could argue quite feasibly that our current wage bill is unsustainable as it is without adding new players to it.

I've said a few times, our finances really aren't in a good way and we're right at the limit of how much we can borrow.

So by that logic we can expect no additions to the squad until we offload...again? And yet there's £30M there waiting to be spent on things other than Kirkby according to Ian Ross.

I'm confused.

Then we offer 5m and a packet of wine gums. But then we say ok, we will speak with a mate and see if he can lend us a 1m, i mean we could maybe go up to 7m! So then Real say we want 10m and 10m only, so we say ok no deal, then we come back a week later and ......

.... watch him sign for someone else

To be honest there's nothing to stop other clubs looking at the accounts published on our official site, so I'd be surprised if clubs don't know roughly how much money we have to spend on new players.

Well obviously I can't speak for Ian Ross but Moyes has said we have very little money to spend in January and it would surprise me if we splashed the cash.

I can not for the life of me understand how Bill is still here?Lies gets found out lies again gets found out there is a pattern developing here boys, still he was in the boys pen .so was I and I would not trust me to run the club either:lol:
