Hand to ball, not ball to hand...in the box. Sniff it.
It;s not. It's an unnecessary layer of bureacracy that isn't consistently applied...as I'm CERTAIN we'll find out soon enough when we play any of the elite clubs.
It's there to cement the present order of things...it wouldn't be agreed to otherwise.
...then it's not doing the job claimed for it if it doesn't change that, is it?..by the time the next World Cup comes around I think it will be firmly embodied as an integral, part of the game and we’ll wonder why it wasn’t introduced sooner. You mention bias towards certain clubs, but that’s exactly what happens now.

The verdicts on incidents pulled up for inspection will become ironed out and consistently applied...that just leaves the almighty problem of what gets pulled up for review from our bank of monitor watchers who may have goodmness knows what personal axes to grind / favouritism they apply...I honestly think it will. I think there will be a new interpretation of certain rules, but it will bring consistency and more of a level playing field.
Just my opinion, only time will tell but i’ve been calling for its introduction ever since Derek Mountfield talked about the Anfield worm.
Guys you realise Var doesn't make the decisions it's the referee
Var just reviews contentious moments it's up to the ref to decide at the end of the day

For that very obvious arbitrary decision making on 'review worthy' incidents it will ALWAYS be a problem.
