My money is all on the first one. Hopefully the backlash and ridicule will have the opposite effect, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I have a sick feeling after this that Moshiri is going to name him manager either way. The man is an utter disaster.

Got to say it was like pulling teeth that interview but not sure that was his fault, the fella on SSN kept asking the same question as if he was hell bent on getting a specific answer from him.

I hope that wasn’t a co-ordinated effort from Everton to get fans more accepting of him getting the job as that’s not filled me with any confidence
