In any job with a public profile, in any industry, doing what Pereira is doing now would result in you being automatically excluded from the process, it's the most most unprofessional thing you could possibly do. It is absolutely ridiculous, and has made the club even more of a laughing stock than they already were. I have honestly never seen anything like this in my life, the interviewer literally cannot believe what's happening.
