I'm hoping Aznou is being settled in and prepared for long term, so that Myko can be allowed pastures new and we can recover a bit of that £18m outlay. Its not possible to play someone worse at passing. Is it?

I’ll stick my neck out. He did what he always does, solid defensively, cut out through balls, and shepherded people away from the goal.

Grealish wasn’t great tonight with the ball, but he was rarely double teamed. Myko repeatedly overlapped so Grealish could cut inside. He didn’t give it to Myko often, and when he did the cross only had a static Bath to aim at, and was easily cleared. But he was up and down all night and tried his little arse off to keep overlapping, which people say he never does.

I think he defends well enough but always find myself holding my breath when he's on the ball...
