It’s a reflection of how far we’ve fallen that we went from Baines to Digne to Mykolenko. He’s bang average and offers absolutely nothing in an attacking sense. We are crying out for 2 new full backs and have been since we sold Digne.

As crap as Mykolenko is, he has a good market value of over 20 million, and he'd make a good defensive fullback in the slower, cacker, Italian league, or somewhere similar. We aren't investing in a better LB than Mykolenko, so that we can have a 20 million pound LB sitting on the bench.
