I thought he did alright last night and kept Mbeumo quiet for most of the game.
He was the free man going forwards many times but our passing out to him was a bit ropey.

O’Brien is fine in this system, because in this system, he acts as a centre back who covers out wide. Myko needs changing because he acts as a full back who pushes up to be the extra body in the offensive line and cross the ball.

Consider him to be a decent premier league left back. Need a new starting LB to progress up the table, but if Myko becomes your depth then you’re doing OK. Will need to give him a new deal, can’t see another player leave on a free. All about finally building a squad this summer.

I don’t mind him. Just need that option if we want to go for the game someone who can create more. Ideal left back if we want to shut up shop

Nowhere near as bad as some would have you believe, he's a steady eddie, for where we are now he's fine, maybe we could upgrade and we certainly still need another LB but it isn't as big a priority now.

Feel like he's regressed, imo. I think a lot of that is because of Dyche. Would like to see how the rest of the season plays out for him under Moyes. At the very least need to bring in another LB for competition.
