I can't see Simeone and I'm nervous of saying about Usmanov as it's based on no information other than my opinion, but if Usmanov came in he'd have a blank cheque to get who he wanted and probably the ability to run the club how he wanted.

I'd rather we were a club who people feared and that we were seen as challengers not underdogs. I wouldn't care how we got there. Everton should be about winning, not pats on the back for being nice.
