We have been joined at the hip on this scenario for months mate.

Its the Waters. Everton is the key to the loot.

Was told months ago that Mayor Joe was wetting himself when he realised who was pitching up.
I’ve seen it first hand in Dublin
Areas that were no go areas 20 yrs ago now have 500,000 Euro 2 bed apt’s , theatres shopping malls Financial Services Centres , Convenvention centres
Headquarters of Google Twitter Facebook PayPal Etc.
There’s a fortune to be made in them there docks and Everton will be sitting pretty as the polished diamond in the middle

without a doubt. And it's why the Liver Buildings were purchased.

Given his principled stand against Kroenke I would be very surprised if he effectively delivered total ownership of Arsenal to the American. I feel this game has a long way to run yet.
Usmanov offered Stan over the odds for his shares in May , the crazy fool.

What he in effect did was to set the price for Arsenal shares , of which he happens to own a few.

If that African Billionaire puts in a higher bid it just pushes the price of the shares even higher.
Kronke wants to take it private so he can leverage it without telling anybody.

In 2016 Kroenke bought 23 ordinary shares for £368,000 so that's £16000 per share.\

Usmanov has 18,695 shares in Arsenal.

Take that price and you get

£299,120,000

I'd say it's a fair price that he's been offered.

Obviously if you compare it to the price Usmanov bid for Kroenke shares then it's way of.

£23968 per share.

But then Kroenke holds all the cards.

Thing is, if the price is high, low, or fair, the deal, if done, will enable him to cash in up here.

So a bit of a loss, (sic) leader situation maybe.

That said, hug me.
