The 49.9 percent ownership by Moshiri is clearly structurally a tactical agreement with somebody. Be it Usmanov or not, i dont know, as i dont want to jump on a bandwagon thats going very slowly anyway. So many reasons, but the more i see the more it makes sense that usmanov clearly has set us up as a plan B. people with the sort of investment he has in arsenal would hate having no control over his investment

It's a technical play by him but I wouldn't bargain on anyone but himself activating the share agreement, I would guess it would be on or just before the green light is given on planning permission.

Just risk management from Morshiri that's all.

He won't be in control of Everton "1000000% by Xmas", next Easter or any birthdays soon.

He's clearly committed to Arsenal.

In the highlighted bit, do you not read that as, "I am ready to buy Kroenke's shares and invest heavily in the club" as opposed to him saying "no matter who has majority control I will pump my own money into this club"? I've probably already tipped my optimistic hand but I'd say it's all still very much up in the air.

Sounds like he's prepared to hang around in the background and pounce at any time in the future he can.
Forget Usmanov "controlling" Everton. Non event.

I suspect that when the veil is lifted, Everton shareholding structure will reveal something absolutely mind-boggling.
