Still don't believe he'll flog all his shares and buy us out. Seems a very un-Everton thing to happen as it seems too good to be true...having said that why would he begin bankrolling us otherwise? Seems an odd thing to do for a rival team even if your mate is the owner...

Exactly. Personally i think the ground is a little further than they have let on. If it wasn't I don't think we would of seen that investment.
