upcoming films

He does often seem to play a tough guy of some sort. But arguably you could say the same for De Niro before he branched out into comedy etc.
That said I do think Hardy puts in decent performances and when you have a deeper dive into his oeuvre he has actually played some different characters.
Inception, Black hawk down, Dunkirk, Warrior for me have shown a bit more ability.
Equally Christopher Nolan likes him which is good enough for me!
He's great in Bronson.

If you're not a fan of Tom, will be interested in your thoughts, cos lets just say he eats up every scene.

But yes, go in blind for sure.
I didn't say I'm not a fan of him. I said I can't see what all the fuss is about as absolutely everything I have seen with him is essentially the same fella.

He has about as much emotional range as Trigger.

Willing to be enlightened.

Im very biased, I eat up everything he does.

But saying that, I did watch Bronson last week and I didnt like it and didnt finish it.

Not to bore you, but Locke shows amazing emotional range.

Make sure you have no distractions, this is gonna sound weird, but turn the lights off, watch it in the dark and solely focus on it.

Hope you like it.

But its pretty niche, you will either love it or hate every second.
Well, I guess this should really be in last film you watched.

Thanks to those who steered me towards Locke. As soon as it started I knew it was one that had been on my list for years but I'd never got round to it.

Fantastic writing and story. Really like that kind of film, it's a pity they're so thin on the ground. (And yes, good show by TH)

My only gripe is, I want to know how Donnel got on with the pour.

Glad you liked it.
